Resolved problem. Difficulty was delay in completing. Request was urgent and easily resolved in a few minutes, but it took several days before maintenance came to unplug the toilet. I don’t know if problem was due to slowness in transmitting message or in maintenance’s response.

I am new to the community and have leased a former model apartment. Therefore, the appliances and utilities are new. The service tech hooked up my washer as requested, and also turned on the hot water in one of the sinks as well as provided me with some maintenance coaching on other topics. He was knowledgeable, prepared, friendly and respectful. Thank you.

This was regarding the fire pit, so I was not aware that it was actually repaired. I have not been out there in the evening to try it out.

Great facility for my grandma, they always make sure everything is kept up to date and treat their residents with a lot of care and respect, shout out to Andres who always goes out of his way to help out and fix any issues
