Kerrie Hale (Sale Specialist) is a very helpful and friendly person. Kerrie is also very knowledgeable. If Kerri doesn’t know the information to give correctly. Then she’ll do some research to get the correct information. Kerri is a very approachable person as well.

It’s been a pleasure to have moved here into Amberlin Arrowhead at Glendale, AZ. Kerri Hale has made our move into our new apartment effortlessly. The staff have been friendly and very helpful! The common area are kept neat and clean.

I am sold! I moving to Amberlin Arrowhead and I am so happy and excited! Kerrie and Zoe are the best - so super friendly and knowledgeable with all the great qualities you hope to meet at the front office. I toured with our son and my sister and they happily gave me their seal of approval as well. I love my apartment, the activities, the ambiance, the people, the security and the location. Resolved problem. Difficulty was delay in completing. Request was urgent and easily resolved in a few minutes, but it took several days before maintenance came to unplug the toilet. I don’t know if problem was due to slowness in transmitting message or in maintenance’s response.

I am new to the community and have leased a former model apartment. Therefore, the appliances and utilities are new. The service tech hooked up my washer as requested, and also turned on the hot water in one of the sinks as well as provided me with some maintenance coaching on other topics. He was knowledgeable, prepared, friendly and respectful. Thank you.
